Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 4, 2026

This policy describes how Quindart Limited handles personal information when you use Nojob.app, the Nojob browser extension, and related services.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Quindart Limited ("Quindart", "Nojob", "we", "us", and "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with Nojob.app, the Nojob browser extension, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Quindart Limited is the controller of personal information processed through the Service, except where we process information on behalf of another party under a separate written agreement.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information: name, email address, sign-in identifiers, account preferences, profile information, resume or career details you choose to provide, subscription status, support communications, and similar information needed to operate your account.

Browser extension information: installation identifier, browser type, extension version, authentication/session status, capture settings, feature preferences, sync timestamps, diagnostic events, and security signals.

Job-search content: job titles, company names, locations, listing URLs, compensation text, job descriptions, company profile information, hiring signals, saved jobs, user notes, and actions you take in supported job-search workflows.

Communication content and metadata: where you enable supported communication features, the Service may process visible message snippets, thread identifiers, participants, subject lines, reply context, status labels, and related job-search communication information.

Usage and device information: pages or features used, approximate timestamps, browser and device characteristics, error logs, performance information, referral information, and other operational data used to secure and improve the Service.

Payment and billing information: where paid features are offered, payment information is processed by payment service providers. We may receive limited billing records, plan status, invoices, and transaction identifiers.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, configure preferences, save jobs, contact us, or use Service features.

The browser extension collects information only from supported websites and browser features covered by its disclosed permissions and only for user-facing job-search, communication, sync, security, and account features.

We also receive information from service providers and integrated platforms where necessary to authenticate users, process payments, operate the Service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; authenticate accounts; sync extension activity with your account; generate job and company signals; support saved-job workflows; provide reminders and communication assistance; respond to support requests; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use browser extension data, Gmail-related information, or job-search communication content for advertising, retargeting, credit eligibility, lending decisions, or unrelated profiling.

5. Browser extension disclosures

The Nojob browser extension uses packaged extension code and communicates over encrypted connections with Nojob-controlled service endpoints configured for the Service.

The extension requests access to supported job-search, communication, media, storage, and authentication features only where those permissions are needed for visible product functionality.

Users can disable supported source capture controls in the extension. When a capture control is disabled, the extension does not perform that category of sync for the disabled source.

6. Google API and Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Nojob's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Nojob uses Gmail-related information only to provide or improve user-facing job-search communication features requested by the user. Nojob does not sell this information, use it for advertising, transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers, or allow humans to read it except where the user gives explicit consent for support, where necessary for security or abuse prevention, where information has been aggregated and de-identified for internal operations, or where required by law.

7. Legal bases where required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performance of a contract to provide the Service; legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and protecting the Service; consent where required for optional features or certain communications; and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the applicable legal basis, subject to lawful retention and processing that does not depend on consent.

8. How we share information

We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, security, customer support, payment processing, and communications. These parties are authorized to process information only for permitted service purposes.

We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce our agreements; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information with third-party advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account records, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and protect the Service.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it is used, user settings, legal requirements, and security needs. We may retain limited records after account deletion where required or permitted by law.

10. Your choices and rights

You can access and update certain account information through your account settings. You can disable supported extension capture controls, disconnect the extension, uninstall the extension, or stop using the Service at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is processed. You may exercise privacy rights by contacting us through the contact page linked below.

We may need to verify your request before responding. Some requests may be limited by applicable law, security obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, or records we must retain.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication controls, monitoring, and security review practices.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly telling us if you believe your account or extension session has been compromised.

12. International transfers

Quindart Limited and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

13. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law.
